Domestic Shipping, Handling & Insurance
For all domestic orders, we ship via UPS delivery service and charge a flat-rate of $10 for orders under $200. All domestic orders with a value over $200 ship at no charge. Orders of $1000+ will require an adult signature due to the nature of the shipment. Once your order leaves our studio, you will be notified via our order system and will receive a tracking number.
International Shipping, Handling & Insurance
For International orders, we ship via Federal International Express delivery service and rates are calculated before checkout. Once your order leaves our studio, you will be notified via our order system and will receive a tracking number. Delivery schedules are estimated and actual delivery times may vary depending on international customs/shipping locations. Before your shipment can be delivered, it may be subject to customs/duties/taxes and/or brokerage fees. You (the recipient) are responsible for these charges and they are at the discretion of the customs office in the arriving country.
