REPAIRS

We will be happy to repair any design purchased through carolbrodie.com. Please submit your information in the form. You will receive an email confirmation with your repair authorization number. 

*No repairs will be accepted without prior return authorization. The customer is responsible for all necessary fees required for the repair.* 

*We may not be able to repair older pieces if components needed to repair them are unavailable. *

 

RETURN POLICY

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Carol Brodie will accept eligible items for exchange or return (see below guidelines).

If you would like to make a return, please email goddess@carolbrodie.com with your order number and we will send an email with return shipping instructions (no refund will be granted without processing a return/exchange request).

 

GUIDELINES

Please ensure that the item is returned in new and re-saleable condition within 10 business days from the delivery date of your order. Returns after the 10-day period are only eligible for store credit up to 30 days after the delivery date.

Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items.

Engraved, customized, personalized and special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

If a product is not returnable, it will be noted on the product page. Additionally, a few select non-personalized pieces may not be returnable. If that is the case you will be notified BEFORE we process your order, giving you the option to cancel the order. 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Carol Brodie will accept items for exchange up to 30 days after receipt. We can only accept exchanges on items purchased on carolbrodie.com. For Carol Brodie styles purchased from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly. If you would like to make an exchange, please email goddess@carolbrodie.com with your order number and we will send an email with return shipping instructions (no exchange will be granted without processing a return/exchange request). Once your exchange is processed, you will be emailed a digital gift card in the amount of the original purchase price of the piece(s) less return shipping charges.

*Engraved, customized, personalized items and special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

*Gift Return Policy Items received as gifts (purchased on carolbrodie.com) may be exchanged for another item(s) of equal or greater value, excluding customized and engraved items.
